The payment story in Belgium is quickly told: the deposit runs through Bancontact or Bancontact Pay, with a bank transfer as the only way out. Since March 2026 the Payconiq by Bancontact app is officially called Bancontact Pay. Bancontact coverage in Belgium is close to complete, with a threshold that rarely drops under €5.
Bancontact Pay allows €1500 per payment, with €2500 as the daily limit. The money is available at once; between request and account sit usually one to three banking days, on top of the processing time on the operator's side.

Limits, age and EPIS
The Belgian framework around player protection is more strictly than most of its neighbours with effects you cannot route around. By default €200 per week per site may go in.
The Gaming Commission keeps one central exclusion register in EPIS: a single request is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The request goes through the regulator itself. The age bar moved on 1 September 2024 from 18 to 21 for casino, hall and betting; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

Does Mystake hold a Belgian licence?
Not legal in the Belgian sense: Mystake operates without a Gaming Commission licence. Status can change; re-check the list if in doubt. You can check this yourself in the regulator's register.
How does wagering work?
Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. The terms usually sit at the bottom of the bonus page. Declining a bonus is always allowed.
Can I have myself blocked?
You register with EPIS. It works nationally and immediately. The exclusion cannot be undone straight away. Physical venues will refuse you afterwards too.
Can I play from 18?
The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. Trial accounts fall under the same limit. This is verified at registration.
